Registration Instructions

Every attendant must complete the registration form (overnight stay/minors/day trip diners).
If you and your family or friends stay in the same room, please complete the same registration form.
If you cannot complete the same form, please indicate your roommates' names in Special requests.
Due to the limited availability of each room type, the room arrangement will be based on need and registration priority.

• Youth (12-17): $160/person
• Children (5-11): $80/person
• Under 4: Free
Early bird discount: $20 off per person until June 8th, 2025
Fees: Dates are based on age as of 08/15/2025

Day Trip Meals:

• Adult and Youth $40/meal
• Children free

I recognize that there are inherent risks involved in outdoor and recreational activities at the retreat. I hereby release and hold harmless Canaan Taiwanese Christian Church and its staff, volunteers, property owner of the retreat upon which the retreat is conducted from any and all liability for injuries, including those resulting in death, and/or illnesses incurred while participating or attending the retreat.
